| Srimad Bhagavatam 1.3.36 - The extraordinary qualities of Lord Krishna.
At New Govardhana, in Australia, Govardhana Puja is celebrated ith a giant edible replica of Govardhana Hill. During the ceremony a hurricane broke out and Lord Krishna arrived to lift the sweet hill over our heads to protect us from the storm. When it was over He put the hill back down and and was first to grab a handful of cakes and biscuits before he jumped back on the temple altar. here’s the photos to prove it.

We had been packing up stuff all morning and now I thought we can try to meet some people. That's when a guy who actually just passed me, somehow stopped to talk. He wasn't super enthusiastic about yoga but seemed interested a bit in meditation. As I showed him the books he realized he had one and told me that a 5 days ago his girl friend had bought a chant and be happy from me and they were both reading it together. I was so happy to hear that and thanking him for that I showed him the Bhagavad Gita. I started to show pictures inside and some of the mantras. I requested him to read it and he went to get some laxmi from an ATM. When he returned I told him how I wasn't planning on staying but just came here a few minutes back to stay for a bit. He told me he was home being lazy, and didn't want to leave home but because his girlfriend was sick and he just decided a few minutes back to come down and ran into me. I told him about our programs and asked to come visit us.
I am glad to learn that you are chanting regularly and I hope you are gradually getting some enlightenment in Krsna Consciousness. Our path is genuine sublime and easy.

 | New Vrindaban — named after a holy town in India — was the largest Hare Krishna commune in America, and was opened to the public in 1979. It was led by Swami Bhaktipada, one of the movement's earliest and most controversial American disciples, who died Monday. And it was less than two hours from the West Virginia town where I grew up.

 Today at 1:05PM marked the auspicious time to start the Mayapur Academy 2011-12 semester. A simple, yet sweet, ceremony was performed amongst some of the teachers to invoke an auspicious semester in which classes will start on Monday, October 24th. There was chanting of mantras, kirtan, arati, and of course prasadam!

Dipavali is not such a widely celebrated festival in West Bengal, but devotee's here in Mayapur lit up the evening with fireworks and candles. A stroll through the Mayapur campus was a dazzling one as all of the lights were turned off and candle light was used instead. The sky was filled with bright lights, and tumultuous sounds. read more

Regards Sunil Answer: 1st and 2nd Class Devotees Don't Fall It is a fact that the more one advances in Krishna consciousness he is less likely to fall down. This is why Srila Prabhupada explains in his purport to Bhagavad-gita 9.3 that the 2nd class and 1st class devotees do not fall down. It is only the 3rd class devotees who sometimes fall down.
